General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment
1. Scope of Application / Conclusion of the Contract
(1) Our following Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment shall be applicable to all commercial transactions.
(2) Our Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment shall apply exclusively. We shall not accept terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from our Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment, unless we have given our express written consent to their application.
(3) Collateral agreements, amendments to these terms and conditions as well as deviations from these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing.
(4) Our offers shall be subject to change without notice, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon. The contract shall come into being when we receive the order confirmation signed by the customer, but no later than when the customer takes receipt of the goods. In this case, the terms and conditions communicated to the customer shall apply.
2. Purchase Price
(1) The purchase price set out in an offer is binding. Prices quoted to consumers include the statutory rate of SST.
(2) The weights, numbers of units and quantities ascertained by us for calculating the purchase price shall apply, unless the customer objects thereto without undue delay, but not later than within 14 days of receipt.
(3) Where no specific agreement has been made, invoices shall be paid in advance and without any deductions. Payment in good time shall be adjudicated on the basis of the date of receipt onto one of the bank accounts designated on the invoice.
3. Delivery
(1) Supplier (AUTONEST) shall deliver the Products at the agreed panel workshops nationwide. The Supplier’s compliance with the delivery date is conditional upon the Purchaser’s fulfilment of his own contractual obligations, including but not limited to the Supplier’s punctual receipt from the Purchaser of specifications, documentation, permissions and advance payments (if applicable).
(2) Reservation is required when purchaser would like to redeem products with panel workshop.
(3) The following information must be provided when booking been make:
• Name
• Car Plate
• Date of reservation
(4) Purchaser must present member ID and QR code when redeem products at any panel workshop

C) J500 Club (Premium Mineral) - 15W40 or 10W30

2) Oil change every 5,000km or six month whichever come first.
3) Good elastomer compatibility ensure longer gasket and seal life and prevents oil leakage.
4. DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS
(1) The purchaser must notify us in writing immediately, no later than 3 days after receipt of the goods, of any recognizable defects. Adhesive labels on the boxes, labels showing the contents shall be submitted to us together with the notification of the defect.
(2) The date of receipt by us of notification of a defect shall determine whether or not notification is in good time.
(3) If the notification of a defect is unjustified we shall be entitled to demand compensation from the purchaser for any expenses we have incurred unless the purchaser can prove that it is not at fault regarding the unjustified notification of a defect.
5. Warranties and Exclusion Clauses
(1)The supplier warrants that all items delivered under this agreement are under manufacturer’s warranty limited to 24 months from the date of first invoicing.
(2) The supplier shall not be liable for the Goods being fit for a particular purpose unless otherwise agreed upon, to which the Purchaser intends to put them.
(3) This warranty does not cover defects in or damage to the products which are due to improper installation or maintenance, misuse, neglect or any cause other than ordinary commercial application.
(4) Where any valid claim in respect of any Goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods is notified to the supplier in accordance with these Conditions, the supplier shall be entitled at the purchaser‘s sole discretion to either replace the Goods free of charge or repair the Goods.
(5) The supplier is not the manufacturer of the products sold by him. The supplier therefore assumes no kinds of duties from such guarantees or warranties granted by the manufacturer. Written guarantee assurances granted by the supplier shall remain unaffected.
(6) The supplier does not guarantee the performance of any system. The supplier does not give any guarantee of performance. The Seller assumes no kind of guarantee of output or efficiency of any system or component delivered to the Purchaser.

6. Confidentiality
Each party shall treat the business and trade secrets of the other party as confidential, and, in particular, shall not disclose them to third parties or exploit them for their own business purposes without written authorization. Each party does not allowed to disclose the other party's confidential information to its employees, officers, representatives, subcontractors, advisers or agents who need to know such information for the purposes of carrying out the party's obligations under the Contract.
In case of any discrepancy between the different translations of the Terms and Conditions the English version shall prevail
